Based on bestseller ZDZ 180B2RV-J CH we have built the new two-stroke 195ccm opposed twin-cylinder model gas engine with a processor-controlled ignition unit.

Of course with fully CNC machined crankcase and backplate out of 7075 superstrong Aluminium alloy. 

Having same body as 180B2RV-JCH it allows to replace it or install new engine into the models designed for ZDZ 180B2RV-JCH.  

 

The engine is based on well proven very powerful "RV-J" concept and improved. It brings awesome power, super lightweight and the same time very durable and reliable powerhouse. Its run and very fast transitions are superior smooth with the lowest level of vibrations you could imagine. A new redesigned piston and cylinder brings more power while redesigned and strengthened con rods bring even more durability.  

 

Fuel intake of this engine is managed by a rotary valve which contrary to the usual reed valve system allows much more precise control over the timing and the same time brings a much longer lifetime without need to change reed valves.
